2. ✅ Financial Management & Audit Policy

Prarambh maintains proper books of accounts in compliance with:

All finances are audited annually by a certified Chartered Accountant. We follow strict internal controls, maintain bank accounts in the NGO’s name, and ensure funds are used exclusively for program objectives.

We provide tax exemption receipts under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, where applicable. We do not accept anonymous or non-compliant foreign donations and adhere to FCRA regulations for international contributions. Donor privacy is respected and financial disclosures are made annually.

We work extensively with children and are committed to ensuring their safety. All staff, volunteers, and program facilitators must undergo orientation and background checks. We follow zero tolerance for abuse or neglect and encourage reporting of any misconduct.
